Satterlee visits Portsmouth for Dirt Track World Championship

On Friday evening Gregg Satterlee traveled to Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) to take part in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) finale. Drawing 63 cars for the 40th annual General Tire Dirt Track World Championship, Gregg recorded a sixth place finish in his heat race, transferring him into the B-Main on Saturday.

Sending the Top 2 into the $100,000-to-win Dirt Track World Championship, Satterlee came two spots short with a fourth place outing. He was a scratch from the Jim Dunn Memorial non-qualifiers feature for a shot at a $3,000 payday.
